State Champions

These amazing Lady Skeeters dominated their competitors for three straight years, almost 70 years ago. The state champions of the 1948 High School Girls Basketball League of Texas and 1949/1950 Texas State High School AAU were coached by S.H. Shipley and are Mesquite High School athletic history-makers.
